Eligibility Criteria and requirements to Join Pak Navy as a Sailor:

The eligible criteria and details for the All categories are as follows:

• Only male Pakistani citizens can apply.
• Age:
• From 16 to 20 years on 01 june 2025 for technical, Naval Police, CheIf/Steward, Musician, and PT Branch,
• Up to 35 years age on 01 June 2025 for Naib Khateeb,
• From 18 to 24 years on 01 June 2025 for MTD Driver, and
• Sanitary worker, the age range from 17 to 21 years on 01 June 2025

Pak Navy Sailor Jobs Advertisement

The selection process for sailors to join Pak Navy 2024:

After completion of online registration, following the procedure, shortlisted candidates as per merit would be called for a Test and Interview which will be conducted in pak navy selection and recruitment centers located in 20 cities of Pakistan including Abbottabad, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Khuzdar, Dera Ismail Khan, Rawalpindi, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur, Swat, Sialkot, Shaheed Benazirabad, Faisalabad, Karachi, Kharian, Quetta, Gilgit, Gwadar, Lahore, Multan, and Muzaffarabad.

Pak Navy teams will also visit some remote areas for the process of recruitment  

Initial Test:

 The initial test has two parts

Intelligence Test ( verbal and non-verbal) has questions related to blocks, shapes, puzzles, and missing numbers it has 75 questions solved in 30 minutes

Academic Test After clearing the intelligence test academic test is conducted it consists of English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, Islamic, and social studies. 75 questions in 30 minutes.

Physical Test:

In the physical test for a sailor position in the Pak Navy following criteria are checked

push-ups	15 in 2 minutes
Sit-ups	15 in 2 minutes

Medical test:

Following the successful completion of the initial test and interview candidates undergo a comprehensive medical test in the nearest CMH hospital this includes

Assessments for carrying knocked knees and carrying angle.

Blood tests for diabetes, hepatitis, and aids.

X-ray for chest and bone fractures

Interview:

Candidates receive interview calls through SMS. The initial interview covers the basics leading to a personality test.

Personality test:

This test, conducted entirely in Urdu, comprises

• Sentence Completion (50 sentences in two sets)
• Association (50 words displayed on a projector for sentence writing)
• Picture Story (writing about two displayed pictures in 3 minutes each)
• Pointer Stories (creating stories based on incomplete sentences in 3 minutes each)
• self-evaluation (writing 5 merits and demerits about oneself and a favorite personality). 
• The final step involves writing about an unforgettable life incident.

 Those who pass the Personality Test proceed to the Naval Board Interview.

Final selection :

Final selection will be done by naval headquarters ( NHQ) based on merit.

Training

Selected candidates will be invited for training through a call letter.
