Responsibilities of Head Data Analytics
- Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of databases and dashboards that support monitoring and evaluation efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports communicating findings, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Work closely with project teams to support the integration of data-driven insights into program planning and implementation.
- Liaise with other units/departments for data consolidation, data management, and reporting
- Design and refine methodologies for data collection and analysis that align with project goals and best practices in monitoring and evaluation.
- Any other task assigned by the Supervisor/Chief Economic Transformation Officer

Requirements for this Job
| Qualification: | PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s in data science, statistics, economics, business administration, or a related field. |
